Special ramadan entry 2~ terawih benefits in science.. :)

Assalamualaikum.So. how your puasa? its 18th ramadan already, do you spend the most precious time with good deeds? well, so far i am also not really satisfied myself. Due to a lot of works, i am a lil bit dissapointed myself, more or less i still try to get full of terawih this year(insyaALLAH) and guess what? i am still not leave any terawih any single night! :)

What is terawih? Non muslim may not knowing about terawih but its ok. everything start from zero right..? Here i am glad to share some information about it. Terawih is a prayer that muslim make in month of ramadan on the night after isya' prayer. It is not the must like fasting, but we muslim is suppose to do it to get more bless from ALLAH subhanahuwataala..
solat terawih di masjid

Why we need to go to terawih? Yes people. Every setup that ALLAH made will always for a good reason.Literally speaking, we all know that we can get a lot of pahala if we do the terawih, but beyond that not everyone know that terawih also gives us a lot of benefits in mentally and also physically.

After almost a day fasting, the food that we eat after break fasting (berbuka) will need a lot of energy to be digest completely. As our body is resting for almost a day, the digestive system need a lot of energy to conduct the food in order process of digestion(as we know saliva-starch, pepsin-protein, and many more). As the reason for that, when we do physical activity like move up and down, sit and stand practically when we do it in terawih prayer,we can burn some carbohydrate directly from the food we eat as it was.The digestive system also more clear and easy to flow in all the food as required to complete the pathways as well.More or less, trust me your stomach will feel better even you eat a lot of foods before.. you will feel the difference! :)

Nevertheless, when we go terawih in a mosque together with other people(jemaah), we also can neutralized out our body. Neutralized? yeah, we can balance the ions in our body, negative and positive to get the neutral state. How?? when our body touched the other person, the ion will transfer from one person to another yet gets the equality among all created the neutral balance... Thats why, after terawih prayer, we will sometimes feel more energetic and better.... yes, Its true! :)

budak kecik pun solat terawih.. :)

There are a lot more benefits of terawih, but till now, these are all in my heads. I will try to post more about it in a time..Hope you all will start go to terawih prayer after this! after all, its a lot better that just sitting and watch television right? Grab the sweetness and  benefits of Ramadan till you still can! :) Happy puasa all!!

p/s: hope this ramadan never ends!
p/s 2: tonight's doa you better remember,my dear A.J... hehe

Special ramadan entry 1~ fasting benefits-science discovery.. :)

Assalamualaikum

I am so sorry, today is half of the Ramadan already. It just lately i ve been busy doing lab work(as usual) and sometimes I can't write anything even if I want to.So, how are you guys? i hope all very healthy and in a good health since we in a month full of blessed from Allah Subhanahuwataa'la.. Today topic is about fasting.. Yes. Why we need to fast?

Fasting is primarily the act of willingly abstaining from some or all food, drink, or both, for a period of time. An absolute fast is normally defined as abstinence from all food and liquid for a defined period, usually a single day (24 hours), or several days.(wiki)

For muslims, fasting is a MUST when it comes this month, Ramadan.. which means all of the muslims together fasting on the day and terawih on night beside do some goods to get blessed from Him.

What I want to share is how fasting will give benefits to human. A study suggest that fasting promotes a natural nutrition therapy.  Prof Shin Hyun-dae said, when we got hungry, the body recognized it as emergency state. All the toxins will transfer out since the autonamic nervous system become alive after long time hibernating. It reacts very sensitively and threw out the unnecessary things and left the minimal requirements of the body for the survival..Which means, with fasting its like we have done an operation without surgery!

Not only that, fasting also make us more clever. Really?? Yes. as matter of fact, study from Dr Helbert Shelton, fasting will enhances the mental acuteness of human..The study shows on 40 000 people,in relation theory of the toxin disposal just now, when the body get more free from toxic flowing through body and lymphatic nerve, the clearer the ability to think.

for more information through fasting benefits, read here

All in all, fasting is very good for both mental and physical of human. Its not just the things that we do just to follow the rule of Islam..(fasting in month of ramadan-3rd of rukun Islam)
It was specifically to maintain the balance of human health in either directly(physically) or indirectly(spiritual) ways.

ALLAHUAKBAR! (eh,tiba2. hehe)                happy puasa to all... :)

p/s: harap dapat penuh puasa tahun ni.. hehe :P

Self Healing? Self Cooling?

Assalamualaikum and hello for non muslim~

Still, i know i really can't update the entry always, juz. sometimes the time is just not right. Trust me, everyone need time to actually write something. Although i am not really know, is there anyone actually read my blog, every entry or just click because of the images that i clipped together, still i need time to focus on writing.Who knows, information that I mention in here may help someone. lets hope on that. :)

Self Healing? Self Cooling? Am I wanna talk about superheroes here? Although I may like superheroes like HEROES movie, that actually can do all that but I know in reality human actually can't do that bizarre. maybe if miracle happen someday, its possible but lets hold on it.I might come out with one more entry about it, clearly on genetic advancement. hehe

So what about these "self" things?? Actually,in recent articles that i read a week ago, there are scientist make a research on making metamaterial to become self healing and self cooling. Metamaterials are artificial material engineered to have properties that may not found in nature.

As we studies in biological circulatory system, a cell have a structural composites and able to heal, cool and many other things as it is alive.Taking their cue,University of illnois researchers have developed vascularized structural composites, creating materials that are lightweight and strong with potential of self healing, self cooling and many more.

"we can make a material now that's truly multifunctional by simple circulating fluids that do different things within the same material system " said Scott White, the Willet professor of aerospace engineering.

In the paper, the researchers demonstrate four classes of application by circulating different fluids through a vascular composite: temperature regulation, chemistry, conductivity and electromagnetism. They regulate temperature by circulating coolant or a hot fluid. To demonstrate a chemical reaction, they injected chemicals into different vascular branches that merged, mixing the chemicals to produce a luminescent reaction. They made the structure electrically active by using conductive liquid, and changed its electromagnetic signature with ferrofluids -- a key property for stealth applications.

A vascularized structural material can do almost everything! more reading at here.

This is a very good finding as looking forward for many problem in controlling heat capacity in operator machines especially in aerospace engineering field..

Maybe someday, we can have a laptop will never hot and never rot.. Self cooling and self healing right... who knows??

p/s: someone promised me to post an entry about his course(aerospace engineering) but never do. then again i put it in myself. huhu ...
p/s:coming right issues on antioxidant. still gathering information.. hehe
