Special ramadan entry 1~ fasting benefits-science discovery.. :)

Assalamualaikum

I am so sorry, today is half of the Ramadan already. It just lately i ve been busy doing lab work(as usual) and sometimes I can't write anything even if I want to.So, how are you guys? i hope all very healthy and in a good health since we in a month full of blessed from Allah Subhanahuwataa'la.. Today topic is about fasting.. Yes. Why we need to fast?

Fasting is primarily the act of willingly abstaining from some or all food, drink, or both, for a period of time. An absolute fast is normally defined as abstinence from all food and liquid for a defined period, usually a single day (24 hours), or several days.(wiki)

For muslims, fasting is a MUST when it comes this month, Ramadan.. which means all of the muslims together fasting on the day and terawih on night beside do some goods to get blessed from Him.


What I want to share is how fasting will give benefits to human. A study suggest that fasting promotes a natural nutrition therapy.  Prof Shin Hyun-dae said,when we got hungry,the body recognized it as emergency state.All the toxins will transfer out since the autonamic nervous system become alive after long time hibernating. It reacts very sensitively and threw out the unnecessary things and left the minimal requirements of the body for the survival..Which means,with fasting its like we have done an operation without surgery!

Not only that,fasting also make us more clever. Really?? Yes. as matter of fact, study from Dr Helbert Shelton, fasting will enhances the mental acuteness of human..The study shows on 40 000 people,in relation theory of the toxin disposal just now, when the body get more free from toxic flowing through body and lymphatic nerve, the clearer the ability to think.

All in all, fasting is very good for both mental and physical of human. Its not just the things that we do just to follow the rule of Islam..(fasting in month of ramadan-3rd of rukun Islam)
It was specifically to maintain the balance of human health in either directly(physically) or indirectly(spiritual) ways.
